Our Purpose

F3 is a health and wellness organization for girls with a primary focus on personal empowerment through physical, mental, and nutritional education. We support girls in discovering their best selves through self care, healthy habits, and balanced lifestyles. We offer culturally tailored programming to increase self esteem and inner beauty through Fun, Fitness, and Fabulosity - our signature slogan F3!

Originally founded in 2015, F3 has been serving the Athens young girls community for well over 8 years. As a current registered 501 (3) c organization, we are open and excited for opportunities to strengthen our impact through smart local partnerships.

Clinic Camps

Girls will engage in a host of interactive learning activities and that will include live healthy food demonstrations, team building, and role play.
